Yesterday I was away for full day event and then had a late dinner. I came home late and tired which meant I only done my bare essentials for the day (Yoga/Meditation/Cold Exposure/Writing) and accepted I wouldn't have a chance to work on my business/personal inspiration.
It was awesome, I learnt 2 things;
1. Not to do it again.
2. To add 'feeding my inspiration' as an essential ingredient to every day.
Today it took AGES to sit back down and start funnelling my energy into creativity. I could have easily passed it over and said "I'll do it tomorrow."
We eat 3 meals a day for this idea of 'energy.' Some people spend copious amounts of time and money chasing the latest 'super food' fad. If ONLY it were that easy to get vitality in food form. True vitality is found in the action of doing what inspires us and what we love. Walking that brink line between 'WILL I MAKE IT OR NOT' yet knowing the direction is ONLY FORWARDS. And even if you fall or fail, it was SO MUCH MORE worth living than a comfortable life.
True vitality is found in the action of doing what inspires us and what we love.
And when you love it so much, you will get up and do it all over again. Inspiration is our re-connection to our childlike state. Where we can keep falling over and over until we learn to walk and enjoy it. Where we could play all day and forget to eat. Where we get home at the end of the day and REST fully because we gave it our all this day.
